Gateway To Tarot

On this day, I am thankful that:

* The weather is holding up.
* My sore throat is not getting worse.
* I don't have too much on my plate today!
* I have a great idea for a blog, and the Tarot Blog Day idea is in the works!
* Maxwell is healthy - for this I give many thanks!

* I was able to work last night (sore throat).
* Yesterday was a lovely, sunny day.
* My new haircut is workng out well.
* I found a book on my bookshelf to blog bout tomorrow.
* I am tolerating the weight loss suppliments.

* My personal world is at peace.
* I recognized my sore throat as a symptom of my allergies kicking in.
* I have multiple blogs going at the same time (i.e. windows open and writing them at the same time!).
* The weather today is sunny and gorgeous!
* I have friends that are there for me when I need them - which is NOT a 9-5 situation. ;-)

Echo’s in Time – The Dance of Life

We dance the Dance of Life,
Arms held high to the sky.

Our feet move faster and faster,
To music that only we can hear.

We start out swaying gently,
Entering our own private space.

The music in our mind
Becomes louder and louder …
more and more discordant.

The lines blur,
Fragmenting our private space.

Where there was once softness and light,
There are now dark, jagged edges.

We dance the Dance of Life,
Moving quickly to avoid these jagged edges.

We dance the Dance of Life,
Through the echo’s in time.

* I have my entry together for the Poetry Slam.
* Not doing anything other than cleaning house yesterday worked for me!
* I can get back to my script this month.
* I am going to be able to start my query letter for my book.
* I am going to be able to start writing my Tarot book.
